	1. How do I apply to NTHU?
	Complete the online application form and send all required documents to OGA. For more information, please click here.

	2. What is a complete application procedure?
	Please prepare the following documents and mail them to: National Tsing Hua University Office of Global Affairs, Division of International Students No. 101, Section 2, Kuang-Fu Road, Hsinchu, Taiwan 30013 R.O.C. (Please indicate on the envelope that it is an application for international student admission.) - A completed application form - A photocopy of the applicant’s previous diploma in English or Chinese - Official transcripts in English or Chinese. - A study plan - Two letters of recommendation - NTHU Medical History and Examination Form - Program/department specific requirements (contact department directly for information) - Financial certificate - Declaration Form - Verification of Nationality - Pretest (if any) - Checklist NOTE For detail information, please check Application Instructions for International Applicants

	3. If I have not received my diploma by the application deadline, what should I do?
	If you have not received your diploma by the application deadline, you need to obtain a "confirmation of impending graduation" from your academic department, and attach the confirmation to your application by the application deadline.

	4. Are there any special examinations to be taken as part of the application process?
	Only certain academic departments require their students to pass either an oral or written exam as part of the application process. Please check on Admission Instructions for more information, and inquire with the department/institute to which you are applying. .

	5. When to apply for admission?
	For Spring semester, application period: September 1 – November 1 For Fall semester, application period: January 1 – March 15

	6. Can I send my application through email or fax?
	No.

	7. What academic programs does NTHU offer?

	8. Is it possible to apply to multiple academic programs?
	A student may apply to multiple academic departments, but if he or she is accepted by more than one, they may only register with one department.

	9. Are there application fees involved?
	No application fees required.

	10. What scholarships are offered by the university?

	11. What are the office hour of OGA?
	8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Taiwan time.

	12. If I have any further questions regarding international students' admission, whom to ask?
